My self and my company Explora is an Engineering Consulting, Procurement Services, and Integrated Project Management Company in Oil & Gas, upstream, midstream & the downstream energy space .
As CEO, I am responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company and establishing long term goals, developing the plans and policies, and implementing the company’s vision.
I analyze and evaluate client project operational procedures by providing technical support and generalized engineering expertise.
Managed assigned projects with respect to engineering, quality control, safety, and personnel issues through all project phases in accordance with company policies, standards, and objectives.
Oversee monitoring and reporting progress of the project, liaison between administrators and employees, and develop standards and tools for use on all projects.
Interfaced with all vendors providing unique technology and executed services required by the project. Ensured all logistical requirements are resourced and delivered to achieve project goals.
