At Sea Soul Blessings, we use our love for the sea as a path to create positive change - both individually and for the planet. I make simple tools that inspire a deeper connection to nature, to ourselves and to kindness.

Since 2011, I’ve supported mothers with coaching, retreats, exhibitions and workshops both online and in Cornwall through my social enterprise, Story of Mum.

I’m also a film/TV script consultant - championing new talent and diverse voices for 20+ years; passionate about the power of stories to connect us and inspire transformation.
