I work with therapists who want to be the best they can be in life and business and women who want to break away from the chains they put around themselves sometimes inadvertently!

I have worked in complementary therapies for 28 years and have helped 1000’s of therapist develop new skills to progress in life and business 🙂🙏🏽
Hobbies - who has time 🤣 love and trained in Pilates, Tai Chi for Health, when I make space in my life Meditation, sewing, aromatherapy & gardening 🌺💫☀️
