"I want to take the visitor of my official webpage on a journey, and photography is the one language that everyone in the world understands.” Manfred Baumann was born in Vienna in 1968 and grew up in a loving family. Photography has been part of his life since he was very young. His grandfather, who was also a photographer, played a major part in this. He gave him his fi rst camera, a Praktica. The decision to make photography his profession followed when he was 21, and Manfred Baumann’s star began rising. Today, Manfred Baumann’s photographs are displayed in renowned galleries around the world. His images of various subjects can also be found in photography magazines and in his own publications such as calendars and books. In addition to his artistic nude photographs and his brilliant street photography, his highly expressive portraits truly reveal his talent and vision. The list of stars who have posed in front of Baumann’s camera is nearly endless. Sir Roger Moore, Jack Black, Bruce Willis, Angelina Jolie, John Malkovich, Kathleen Turner, Leah Remini, Juliette Lewis, and Malcolm McDowell have been captured by his lens, as have supermodels including Toni Garrn, Franziska Knuppe, and Rachel Hunter.
