Hey. I’m a communications professional, an executive speechwriter, a fan of the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Reds, a runner (half marathons), a music fan (classic rock, current stuff and an aficionado of 70s top 40), a fan of NYC dining...and a husband and father.
Work, today: I lead internal and corporate communications at Teladoc Health.
Work, before: Many years as CEO speechwriter at Cigna. Had my own consultancy, and led internal/B2B programs at large NYC PR firms before that.
