👑Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, two things comes to mind family and good southern food. Coming from a home where mama cooked with soul and nothing less! I learned my way around the kitchen early!


Inspired by a collection of cultures along with my southern background, formally known as "Sarai”, “Kk", "The Baby", or "Phat Girl" started Phat Girl Cuisine in 2019. Initially, starting off with posting pictures and videos from my everyday dinners. Eventually, that struck interest in locals, family & friends. I began studying and perfecting my craft all along, I was able to find my passion and decided to continue providing soulful food in the CLT area.


Being from the Carolinas I was taught to cook with soul! I believe each meal should be made with extra TLC and flavors! Each dishes served at a high quality standard that does more than just satisfy your appetite, it's an experience like no other! Have you been fed by a Phat Girl?
