With a background in Finance, I used enjoy the fast paced corporate life. The challenging and high energy environment is fascinating for me.

But having to constantly battle with debilitating pain due to a medical condition has often left me incapacitated.

That was 10 years ago and with a lot of hesitation I left my career and the industry I love to focus on me. To focus on health.

Today, my choice of living entails holistic wellness. Not just any kind of holistic wellness but, one that strives to balance lifestyle and healthy living. I now lead a growing community of 34,000, mostly women who holds various roles in life.

We grow by being present for each other, supporting each other and helping one another through activities that focusses on better health. After all, Health Is Wealth.
