Amanda Kopko on Clubhouse

Bio

Active in Real Estate Industry since 2005.

Ms. Kopko is responsible for all leasing, lease training, and marketing efforts for both student living and conventional assets. Prior to joining McKinney Properties, Amanda, worked for Greystar in Chicago as a Regional Property Manager in charge of lease-up activity for multiple new development projects, and for CMK Companies, as Director of Operations, where she created and managed their residential division. Her experience includes pre-development/lease-up, operations, business development, marketing, leasing, budgeting, third party management, policy implementation, software implementation, and hiring and training onsite team members.

Certifications: CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor), and member of the National Apartment Association. She is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the California University of Pennsylvania
