🚀 Building PeakPerformer.io, a funded enterprise Ed-tech platform building the next generation of leaders.

👨‍🎓I was an engineering student but after 4 years in college, I realised that the Indian education system had failed me. I decided to take proactive steps and hosted multiple science workshops and camps so that high school students could learn science practically.

🔘👩‍💼After college, I realised I was in love with the idea of growing and scaling up a business. I decided to start my own entrepreneurship venture in the food industry. With funding right from the ideation stage, I used to sell edible gold delicacies to the creme la creme at the age of 21. We grew the company to a 7 figure valuation and later sold it.

💥😎 I knew I had found my passion - Entrepreneurship.

💲💲💲I enjoyed multiple stints like Trupay and Phonepe where I was responsible for growing sales and the business through effective business planning, creative sales techniques and innovative marketing. I effectively made use of my functional expertise and scalable systems to secure funding and got promoted to the National Sales Head.

🧠🧠 My unique expertise in bringing offline businesses to UPI gave me an opportunity with the government. I lead the merchant acquisition and execution for all Consumer to Government related digital payments and alliances.

🏆🏆 For my work and contributions, I received the "SheCEO Award" from Nasscom (2015) along with the "Young Entrepreneur Award" from Rajasthan Royals (2014). I have been featured in multiple news channels and papers including TOI, The Hindu, The Telegraph, The New IndianExpress, India Today, Zee News etc.

💼🚀 Currently, my venture @PeakPerformer focuses on transforming modern managers to effective leaders through personalised & scalable leadership coaching. We focus on learning outcomes and excellence to build the new generation of leaders.
