My passion is to help women of color is  to:

💚💜 Every day I am growing and learning that the way we eat, move our body, and become in tune with our inner self helps to enrich our life by living our best healthy self.

🌱 Been plant-based vegan for 6 years
🌱 Vegetarian for over 30 years
🌱 Became plant-based vegan over 50
🌱 Decided to be proactive to reduce my chances of getting the generational diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol that runs in my family.  
🌱 Loving my journey with all its twists, turns and sometimes a u-turn
🌱 Enjoying good food that’s good for me.
