Left KPMG after nearly 10 years in London and have been focused on people development ever since. Largely working with professional services and their clients in aligning people to strategy.

Sometimes that’s providing creative (we even use cartoonists!) strategic planning events for board members, sometimes it’s working with partners and directors on a one-to-one basis or coaching organisations management teams on a pathway to exit, MBO, or MBI.

Curiosity plays a big part in everything we do as it’s fundamental to understanding what make organisations tick, what is there why?, What of their fears, aspirations and so understanding why they might be making the wrong decisions for all the right reasons.
