Paul R.K Mashauri is a highly accomplished Tanzanian entrepreneur, economist, author, speaker, and actor with a diverse portfolio of business ventures in the mining, manufacturing, real estate, media, entertainment, technology, training, asset, and equity finance industries. As a well-rounded pan-African thought leader, Paul has a background in economics, sociology, and political science. He is also a former President of UDSM Human Rights, with extensive experience in international humanitarian law from his time as an intern at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) from 2003-2004.

Paul is currently the Executive Chairman of Africa's underground support material company, DUSS, as well as Ex Nihilo, Innovative Security Group, Hitech International, and a Director at Wealth Capital Fund (WeCF). He also serves as a Board Member for Times FM Radio.

Paul is widely regarded as the genesis of the motivational speaking industry in East and Central Africa. In 2007, he co-founded EASB, which hosted high-profile speaker events in the region in partnership with CTI, TCCIA, and TPSF. He was also a founding member of Tanzania Responsible Business Network (TRBN) and Young Executives of Tanzania (YES Tanzania). Additionally, he has served on several committees, including TRA Stakeholders Forum, CTI's SME Subcommittee, and multiple committees at TPSF.

Paul has been instrumental in helping numerous embassies, international organizations, and blue-chip companies achieve their strategic objectives. His impressive list of clients includes US Embassy, Finnish Embassy, Norwegian Embassy, African Barrick Gold (Acacia), GGM, Songas, CRDB, Barclays Bank (ABSA), NMB, Vodacom, Airtel, Tigo, FSDT, ESRF, and former PPF.

With a talent for project and event management, Paul has introduced some of the most well-known brands and mega-projects to the Tanzanian marketplace, including Mkombozi Commercial Bank, Tanzania Women Bank, NAS, Finscope Survey by FSDT, and Tanzania's SGR.

Paul is passionate about his country, and he has played a crucial role in designing and engineering mind-blowing projects of national interest, with a particular focus on the tourism and investment sectors. He is currently working closely with President Samia's Royal Tour Initiative.
