I mentor startups and support ecosystem development through SEEDSTARS (https://www.seedstars.com), IMPACT COLLECTIVE (https://impactcollective.earth), and SHE LOVES TECH (https://www.shelovestech.org).
I support girls education in Kenya through my work as a director of non-profit organization THE AMAZING MAASAI GIRLS PROJECT (https://www.amazinggirls.org). Over the past 10 years, we have raised over US$600k in net scholarship funds to send 108 Maasai girls in Kenya to high school in an effort to fight child marriage and women’s poverty. We have recently established a second scholarship fund pool to send qualifying graduates to university.
Pursuing a doctorate in business administration and sustainability at SASIN SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT (https://www.sasin.edu), with my thesis research studying the causes of and solutions for the gender funding gap in the startup tech industry.
