🤦🏻‍♀️ You’re always looking after everyone else - at work and at home - but sometimes at the expense of your own sanity or needs.

🙋🏽 Regardless of whether you actually have time or even want to help, your natural instinct is to say ‘yes’ to most things that you’re asked to do.

🤷🏻‍♀️. And as a result, you end up feeling anxious or resentful for now having to keep promises you never wanted to make in the first place.

After over 30 years in consulting at PwC, I earned my Certified Professional Coaching (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I've coupled my business experience (I also hold 2 CPA licenses) and my coaching focus and now serve women who are ready for change to do the work needed to live the life they want to live.
