I oversee Strategic Services for the City of Austin-Small & Minority Business Resources Department including the budget, strategic planning, outreach, performance measurement, strategic partnerships, and the employee engagement program.

Previously, I managed two of five Statewide Goal portfolios for the Governor of Oklahoma and assisted in the State’s rollout of their first ever strategic plan in partnership with Deloitte Consulting in 2015.
