Bio

Reverend, Dr. Paul C. Futch is a native of Detroit, Michigan. Pastor Futch was licensed to preach the gospel on December 5, 1989, in Detroit, Michigan under the leadership of Pastor Ronald Nelson. He was faithful to that ministry until he ventured to college, where he attended the University of Arkansas in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.Pastor Futch pursued a bachelor’s degree in social work. He then joined Mount Harmony Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Robert L. Handley. Pastor Futch served as a chaplain at the Arkansas Department of Correction for two years. On January 22, 1993, he was ordained as a minister of the gospel.


Pastor Futch continued to remain a faithful servant, witnessing, preaching, and mentoring youth as well as adults to become better disciples for Christ. In 1997, Pastor was led by God to come back to Detroit and serve. He is blessed with his wife, First Lady Delores Futch, and two children.

Pastor Futch served as Minister of Music and Associate Minister at First Baptist in Brownstown, Mi. for seven years. In March 2007, God laid on his heart to establish another branch on God’s Tree. True Love Christian Fellowship Church was birthed. Under Pastor Futch’s leadership, souls are being saved, delivered, and set free.
In 2008, Pastor Futch pursued a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan. In 2010, he has earned a Master of Divinity Degree from Union Baptist Seminary and recently a Doctoral degree in Theology.
Pastor Futch served as Spiritual Director for Incarcerated Youth Ministry from 2010-2016 and Pastor Futch pastored True Love Christian Fellowship Church from 2007-2017.

On February 29, 2020, Pastor Futch was elected as the Pastor Mount Olive Baptist Church of Romulus, Mi. Pastor Futch has a strong passion for the development of the youth in their spiritual walk and their education. He has continued to demonstrate true leadership.
Pastor Futch holds several degrees as well as credentials he continues to display humility and continues to promote Jesus Christ. Pastor Futch’s vision is simply to make disciples for Christ. Pastor Futch believes in true holiness and representing Jesus Christ through our character.
