I spent almost 15 years leading culture, training and HR in the corporate world before realizing how much work sucks for most people and refusing to spend 1/3 of my life in soul-crushing environments.
Now, I bring positive psychology, neuroscience, and real life experiences and stories to help leaders at all levels make work better. I strive to make Authenticity, curiosity, compassion and a coaching mindset a part of everything I do.
I love learning, getting outside with my rescue dog, and inspiring people to live their best lives.
