✨I’m a trained/certified Parenting Consultant with years of experience working with parents/carers and supporting families in schools, within the community, through charities etc... helping them positively transform family life, achieve and maintain healthy parent-child relationships.

✨As a parenting coach I can help with concerns like managing behaviour, establishing routines, creating and implementing family plans, navigating and managing the teenage years, confidence/self-esteem, managing anger within the family, SEND, co-parenting, improving school attendance, school transition, life transitions, creating and enforcing boundaries... and lots more. I have lots of tried, tested and transformational strategies, ideas, tips and suggestions to share. I’ve learnt a lot not just professionally but from my unique personal parenting experiences as well.

✨1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching available. I also run online parenting workshops on a wide range of challenges and concerns.✨

✨I currently work in schools in Hertfordshire, UK; volunteer with 2 national charities and run my business ‘Thrive Parenting’ part time.
