Rachel is the CEO and Publisher of OutCoast.com, an LGBTQ Florida travel magazine and vlog marketing Florida as an LGBTQ-inclusive destination to VISIT, CELEBRATE, and LIVE. Rachel spends time traveling the state of Florida creating video, photos and content along the way.
She also co-owns FishmongerApproved.com Florida Seafood Magazine with her wife and oversees content development.
Rachel is also an avid event photographer and has captured photos for LGBT organizations around the world, including the IGLTA, NGLCC, NLGJA, and Out & Equal.
In her prior work, Rachel founded and managed the Pennsylvania Chester County Equality Alliance, an LGBTQ nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ community members and youth in the Philly suburbs. She also consulted on the roll out of an LGBTQ employee resource group with a global manufacturing corporation.
