What Ultimately Matters to Me: 🙏
When I’m simply loving whoever I’m with (including myself) and open / accepting of whatever is arising in the moment... that’s the magic, and life feels good. Resisting “whatever is” is futile.

My work largely incorporates the field of “Applied Improvisation”. I strive to keep my offers as engaging, creative, meaningful, authentic and fun as possible. My events have been featured on NBC Today Show, PBS Mediashift and more. 📺

My favorite thing is helping ❤️-led humans to more fully express their purpose and creative magic. 🦄

I help people dive deep into the weirdness of being alive, find the treasures 👑that are most valuable to them, and then pop back up with passion, purpose and work that feels like play.

Biz Note:
I’m going through a pretty substantial set of personal and professional paradigm shifts that will likely also shift my vocational focus. I’ve no idea whether this is a phase of weeks, months or years, nor whether the shift will be slightly or radically different, but I’m definitely feeling clear on a need to humble myself more, listen, learn and love more. We’ll see what comes from this cooking pot.
