I’m discovering who I am still. I may or may not share when I find out. I do enjoy and try to contribute to others’ wellbeing and individual happiness. I am into queer 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️leaders taking up space.

Former coach and trainer. I ran several cannabis teams for the previous 6 years, it was great but I’m burnt out on start up culture.

I’m currently doing artistic endeavors. Writing, video, producing animation shows with my husband Carlos Ortega Madden.

Based in California, I am offering open source information and anecdotal knowledge. My mother was a very high functioning housewife with schizophrenia. My father was a marine veteran with a rare form of muscular atrophy. This created a rare childhood experience. As a queer lgbqt🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️kid in the 80’s with this context, I developed a unique set of survival skills and competencies. One of them is awareness of human anatomy and biochemistry. I’m interested in gene expression and bio hacking. I offer my life’s experience as a former gnc store manager, supplement advocate, and enthusiast of all things that FEEL GOOD. Ive survived a lot of childhood abuse and near death. I’ve also overcome depression and suicidal thoughts throughout my development and feel a responsibility to offer anything that inspires people to live a high quality life, ever improving, always developing oneself into improved versions. This is my path. I also have degrees since that matters to people. I have an A.A. associates in pre med/physical therapy.

I was an admin of a large church in North Tulsa for 3 years. Iykyk!

Came out and moved to LA, I’ve been the executor of my family estate since my mother passed in 2003. I’ve planned and spoken at both my parents funerals. I’ve been a licensed ordained minister. I’ve collected a lot of titles and the only one anyone needs is FRIEND. So I’m here to offer friendly advice, prevent suicide, foster complex collaborations and collective intelligence.
