There's so much that people ignore daily
it honestly hurts to see
The sun puts on a show everyday
and we only think to watch it when we are free
There's glitter in the water
There's paintings in the sky
It exists and it's free
and we put more worth on things that we buy
And honestly I am hypocrite
Because I am guilty of this too
I think to grab my phone
when my eyes better capture the view
There's so much that we just ignore
including the beauty within ourselves
You are the books main character
except you can't be contained on shelves
Somebody wishes they looked like you and you take youself for granted
You wish your forest held more trees without thinking of all the seeds that you already planted
And the other side may have greener grass
But you've always wanted to live by the ocean
We're all beautifully different
But there's poetry full of your exact emotion
There's so much that we just ignore
Sometimes it's deliberate
sometimes it's unintentional
we forget What a miracle is to be a part of
something so multidimensional
