🔮 Future Hotelier: 🕵🏻‍♀️ I’m looking for a startup coach to help me refine my product & plan so I can raise and develop the 1st PROTOTYPE HOTEL.

The Vision // network of sustainability-driven lifestyle hotels: AI-powered, plant-based with edible landscapes, net zero carbon goals/pursuing the Living Building Challenge, ethical supply chains. I want to leverage an equity crowdfunding campaign to attract talent and customer-owner investors (syndication of tokenized real estate on the blockchain).

I have a partial team including seasoned hotel operator. Where I’m stuck: integrating smart tech products into the building design and business model; creating a financial plan beyond the pro forma; We have a network of real estate investors that we could tap into once ready. I need guidance putting this all together and narrowing to a FOCUS so I can bring it into reality.
