My natural drive to question everything and listen for intuition can be traced all the way back to elementary school. I struggled with rules and expectations that didn’t make sense to me, all the while finding magic in little moments. I’ve been on a spiritual path from the start. The reason? We can move mountains when more of us can stand in our power. When we can move away from guilt, shame, and fear. Each connection we make is a ripple in a larger vibration that will guide us to our purpose here on earth.

Owner of SymBowl restaurant for almost 9 years, I used my restaurant to connect with others in a sanctuary of fresh, flavorful whole foods. My dream is to create a community that welcomes everyone, without judgment. I mentor others that desire to cut through the noise of societal expectations and trust their intuition.
