OD Harris is a Councilman-at-Large in Chandler, AZ, the fourth largest and richest city in the state with 279,000 residents, an asset portfolio of 1.5 Billion dollars, and fewer than 30 cities in the nation maintaining AAA Bond rating for municipalities.

After serving in the Army and then graduating from college with a Masters in Accounting, he began his entrepreneurial journey by opening his first accounting firm. Mr. Harris would successfully scale his business to 35 locations in seven states with over 40,000 clients. As one of the largest minority-owned accounting firms, he would later sell it to a major competitor. Later, creating his own tax software that would be used throughout other tax and accounting firms.
