2020 was the year of the nurse and people need Nurse Health and Wellness Coaches now more than ever. Nurse Health and Wellness Coaches take a whole person, Lifestyle Medicine approach to working with clients and patients.

Lifestyle Medicine uses whole foods, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connection as a primary therapeutic modality for treatment and reversal of chronic disease.

Chronic diseases and conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, and many types of cancer are among the most common, costly and preventable of all health conditions.

COVID-19 has shown us that we need to start taking better care of ourselves. Some of the people at greatest risk for complications from COVID-19 have the above mentioned diseases. These diseases can be reduced or even eliminated when we make the decision to take better care of ourselves. I am a Nurse Health and Wellness Coach focused on a proactive (Lifestyle Driven) approach to helping my clients become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help other Nurse Health and Wellness Coaches do the same, so we can help as many people as possible.
