I have been living with Mental Health Issues since I was 16 years old after my first suicide attempt. During my second battle with breast cancer in 2013 I found blogging a therapeutic tool in my journey in healing from a perspective I was unaware of as a traditional Registered Nurse. During the last seven years of my therapeutic journey in Post Traumatic Growth I have gained the insight and understanding of how the perception of my life experiences has kept me a prisoner of my past and has stunted my future growth towards a world of unconditional love and forgiveness.
