Originally from Yorkshire, I have lived in Spain and Italy for 25 years. 19 of which have been in Gran Canaria which is where I call my home🌵🌺🌴🌞

A huge fan of Networking I am 1 of the 4 admins for OPEN NETWORK INTERNATIONAL where we host FREE ONLINE monthly NETWORKING meetings.

I am also working with a scientific breakthrough in anti-ageing. The products are helping people have better sleep, more energy and lose the brain fog, less aches & pains and a better sense of wellbeing. My personal success was massively reducing my constant anxiety!

I love anything to do with longevity and ageing well and I have a Facebook group called THE LAZY B¡T¢H€$ GUIDE TO BIOHACKING!

We are sharing simple and easy health HACKS that you can implement into your life and start feeling the very best version of yourself. The group is mostly for midlife women but men are very welcome to join too!
