Hi, I’m Nicole and I’m a narcissistic abuse recovery coach. After years of confusion and anxiety and depression and wondering “What did I do wrong?” I realized it wasn’t me! The abuse wasn’t my fault! 🙌

Narcissistic abuse is a silent abuse and narcs want to keep their victims in FOG (Fear-Obligation-Guilt). They will smear you once you wake up to their game. 💯

There is hope and life after narcissistic abuse. The person who abused me was a family member who I am no contact with. While navigating through the confusion and anger I felt during and after the abuse, I realized that I was codependent. I had picked up some stuff from the family I grew up in...

Feeling never good enough, being the scapegoat (the “bad guy”), and not quite knowing who I was without approval all added up to a codependent lifestyle that I had to undo. ASAP! 🌈
