I am a certified Health Coach, trained through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN) and Mindfulness Practitioner and using the skills and experience I have developed over the years to support clients in managing stress and wellbeing in a ‘Mindful Approach’.
Everyone has the ability to manage their life and the stressors that come with this, sometimes though it may not feel like this due to everything you have to manage and the busyness of life.
My role is to support you in bringing more calmness into your daily life and less frantic moments, using the power of mindfulness and the breath.
