Certified in the field of Occupational Therapy, specializing in Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Breast Rehabilitation, and Complete Decongestive Therapy for post mastectomy. Certified Lymphedema Therapist specializing in Manual Lymph Drainage and complete decongestive treatment. Yoga therapist/teacher and a Stretch Therapist specializing in Lymphatic movement, Restortive yoga, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Mindful Meditation, Breath coaching, FeetUp trainer, Gravity yoga, Yoga Trapeze and is a level 1 Stick Mobility instructor.
