Labelled as a disruptive investor, entrepreneur & innovator, I have over 15 years experience focused on growing businesses globally in different sectors (predominantly in tech & recruitment) through a combination of talent acquisition, sales & management skills. Coming from a background in tech, including a degree in Business Computing Systems (hons) my passion comes from driving innovation & finding new ways to add value to a range of companies in the startup/SME space or larger firms who are new to the UK.

My current roles are Managing Partner of Ray Associates Group (London’s leading React, Node and Python recruitment agency) & Executive Director of RayStart (a total strategic growth partner to startups & SME’s).
