After spending 27 years with a great job on paper, but not being fulfilled in my career, I jumped off the corporate cliff to pursue my passion of coaching and training. Over the last 4 years, I have coached 100’s of women and here is what I see:

-I see women thinking big, but playing small
-Holding back on asking for the promotion or the funding for their business
-Burning out because they are checking all the boxes, but still not getting ahead
-They think if they simply put their head down and work harder, someone will notice their contributions.
-They feel undervalued and unappreciated

🔥I’m on a mission to change that, which is why collaborated with Lori Tabb to create the Women Leading Powerfully Leadership Lab. It’s a 12-week group coaching program for professional women who want to take their career and their lives to the next level. In a community of 12-15 women, they get the support, resources and coaching to unleash their strengths and elevate their careers!
