☢️ In 2020 47,646 teens committed suicide. The rates have incremented since.
Research shows that teens and young adults that seek purpose report higher life satisfaction and levels of happiness but mental health issues such as anxiety or depression can get in the way of a teenager’s ability to engage in meaningful experiences.
