Bio

PhD Candidate Communication Sciences || Assistant Professor 


PhD candidate in Communication Sciences and researcher at the Center for Communication and Culture Studies at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Catholic University of Portugal, where she also teaches in the Master and Degree in Communication Sciences. Graduated in Business Communication and Public Relations by Escola Superior de Comunicação Social and master’s in integrated communication by Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões. 


Since 2008 she has worked as a communication consultant and client manager having collaborated with several public and private entities. Between 2015 and 2019, she worked as communication and public relations advisor at the Portuguese parliament and in the development of electoral campaigns for the People - Animals - Nature portuguese party. She investigates in the area of strategic communication, activism and the 2030 agenda, with publications in this area and on the relationship between journalists and press officers.

 Free time dancer and poet. Incorrigible believer in beauty :)
