Bio
I was born into an extreme and abusive religious cult and escaped at the age of 25.
Detangling the intricate system of brainwashing in order to free myself from the control and restraints of a belief system that was not mine, has led me on a fascinating journey to uncover MY truth.
I am currently writing my memoir and sharing the precious pearls of wisdom I have uncovered along my way.
It is my intention to share my truth and my story that it may serve others on their journey to unlock their own individual truth.
I believe that deep within each one of lies a “knowing” that once accessed holds the secrets to all we seek. Connecting with this place starts a gentle journey inward that will reveal all we long for.
It’s a game of sorts, the objective is to Remember.
