Welcome to my Wellness Journey ! My name is Mariana Telias and I am a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of experience in many areas of nursing Including Emergency , Critical care, Hospice and Bariatric Surgery . I decided in 2020 that I wanted to bring more to my Nursing career and I became certified as a Wellness coach by The institute of Integrative Nutrition . I am currently working on myself , doing some shadow work trying to connect to my true self .
