To achieve this, I believe we need to stop practising top-down leadership in organisations and practice leadership and business methodology, which I have named “Permission to Operate”. 😀 This approach advocates a bottom-up approach to ensure ownership on every level. When you get this right, it becomes easier for the organisation to turn strategy into behaviour and adapt faster in an ever-shifting world and more profitable.📈🏆
