Being a healer that comes from a past devastated by mental illness, I look to help bring attention and awareness to the mental health crisis while at the same time using different techniques that have helped me along the way to help others... My teachings and practices include, spiritual guidance, a lesson in mindfulness, meditation, chakra therapy, crystals, tarot and oracle sessions, north node and shadow work... I also try to incorporate the help of other local healers in my practice to give others different perspectives and options while on their journey of healing.
