As a person in long term recovery I have walked a path from surviving to thriving. I have unpacked and healed trauma and the resulting codependency. I am currently developing an EFT program for those in addiction recovery that will lead them out of crisis and back to self love and their hearts.

I am also the Community Research Coordinator, EFT trainer, volunteer and humongous supporter of The Serenity House of Flint. A Recovery Community Organization that advocates for Holistic options for recovery.
