I had a psychotic break October 2019 I was ready to die. I felt I lived. I felt I’ve seen enough, and endured enough pain. Guess what?✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
I survived my suicide attempt!
Pssssst....( I was not supposed to!)
It was NOT my time to go! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
SO, NOW I use all that pain I went through, to share my story because I know there is someone out there that feels it is their time to go and give up. I NEED to be that person to help those struggling mentally!
During my mental health journey,I decided to just BE QUIET and listen more.
This journey has taught me who I am and what my purpose is!
My trauma and and life experiences prepared me to define my purpose
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Let’s talk about how we can heal, how we can rediscover ourselves in order to have a meaningful life.
We all have a purpose!
