Authentic balance? It’s not a one size fits all sitch... and it doesn’t have to be kale 🥬 and yoga 🤸🏼♀️all the time. A series of conscious choices and unwavering kindness will do. Immense joy and exploring discomfort? I ride a Ducati Desert Sled to meet this aim. Micro-dosing fear every time I jump on the bike, I am aware and present with my self talk and limiting beliefs using breathwork and a wiggling of my toes to transform the fear to exhilaration. Smiling from ear to ear when I’m done riding. ✨🏍 💨
