Hi, I am Monica! I used to be the girl with low confidence 😞 in the workplace, but I have learned through trial and error that confidence 😃is what helps you rise👆🏻 to the next level in your career.

I currently am the SVP of Marketing for a national brand. 🌴I have found my love and passion ❤️ in leading my team and coming up with ideas that shake up the current marketing norm. I have worked with many individuals over the last eight years and have found the secret sauce🥫to help YOU find the confidence to rise to the next level in YOUR career. 💻

While rising in my career, I found myself unbalanced in all areas of my life other than my work career 🤓.  I was introduced to the OOLA framework to find balance ⚖️in all areas of my life! Working hard in your field 💻 is essential for success, but focusing on fitness 🏃‍♀️, finance 💰, family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦, faith💒, friends👯‍♀️, and fun 🤗is just as important. I have found a system that allows me to live my dream career while finding happiness 😁and meaning in the other areas of my life!
