The engineer and the astrologer lied like him... they both claim to God's knowledge

The Earth, according to both, is spherical... and they are related to this saying

And the earth at the first of the prohibitions is flat... with clear truthfulness evidence from the Qur’an

And God made it a bed for lofty... and built the sky with the best of buildings

And God told that it was flat... and that was clear to all

Is their flag surrounded by the surrounding land... Or by the lofty mountains?

Or do they tell its length and breadth...or are they equal in fate?

كذب المهندس والمنجم مثله … فهما لعلم الله مدعيان

الأرض عند كليهما كروية … وهما بهذا القول مقترنان

والأرض عند أولي النهى لسطيحة … بدليل صدق واضح القرآن

والله صيرها فراشا للورى … وبنى السماء بأحسن البنيان

والله أخبر أنها مسطوحة … وأبان ذلك أيما تبيان

أأحاط بالأرض المحيطة علمهم … أم بالجبال الشمخ الأكنان

أم يخبرون بطولها وبعرضها … أم هل هما في القدر مستويان
