Bio

Mark Monin works at Raymond James. With over 40 years in the securities industry, Mark specializes in executive services, 401k, endowments, foundations, high level financial planning and asset management. He provides an array of services relating to executive compensation such as stock option analysis/exercise in addition to creating liquidity and managing risk in restricted and control stock. He also creates diversification programs (Rule 10b5-1 plans), 401k design, portfolio construction and monitoring, and ongoing client service. Mark is also a former firefighter and has experience in Aeronautical Engineering/Aviation industry, with pilot Data & FAA Licenses private, commercial, instrument and multi engine FAA licenses and has over 2000 total hours PIC.
Mark is a Director with the El Toro Water District,
President with the Independent Special Districts of Orange County and Vice Chairman of the Orange County Airport Commission (ALUC).
