Rama Ayman is CEO of MMG Capital, Co-Founder and CFO of Sparo and Board Member of Sienza Energy. Rama is a senior corporate finance and private equity advisor with 30 years of experience across Europe, Americas, Africa, Middle East and Asia. Formerly, Rama was global partner and global head of metals and mining corporate finance at KPMG, managing director of Hatch Corporate Finance, corporate Vice President of Arcelor, Director of corporate finance at BNP Paribas and investment banker at Deutsche Bank (formerly Bankers Trust of New York). Rama is married with 2 children and is passionate about transforming our society through social justice and having elevated conversations and about nobility of human nature, harmony of science and religion and oneness of humankind and taking action towards achieving unity in diversity in the world.
