What I do: I teach mindfulness and mindful movement practices, I write fiction and poetry, I sing, I dance, I dream, I create and express joy, and I love. ✨

I created Mindfulness in Movement: A Practice for Survivors after receiving a divine message about this life’s purpose. In this practice we can learn to move through intuition and abundant self love. All are welcome, safe, and loved.
