As a former Restaurateur I got into Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Business Asset and Share sales to help other (or soon-to-be) business owners through this challenging process.
Now Licensed in BC and Alberta and operating as The Business Broker we also handle warehouse, office and retail sales and leasing.

On the Residential side of the industry I'm focused in North and West Vancouver with my brand Live on The North Shore helping others come to love this side of the water as much as I do! Having bought, renovated and sold many homes, I'm happy to help you with both direct experience and my network to help you find (or build) your dream home.

I've also expanded Notably Vancouver Real Estate, opening their first Brokerage in BC. Well established in Alberta, we're eager to help other Realtors save money and grow their business.
