I opened my business in 2009, with the mission of providing women with a fabulous, fun and safe environment to work out in! At Allure, we offer all of the alternative types of fitness like pole, aerial hoop, suspension yoga and so much more - as well as all the traditional methods like weightlifting, boot camp, flexibility training, yoga, Pilates, barre and more! Since 2020 changed the world, we’ve expanded operations to service our clients online, and what an amazing world it is!! 💕💪👩‍💻

I’m your friendly neighbourhood pole dancing instructor, and I’m a certified master trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, a transformation coach, a bodybuilding and corrective exercise specialist, I’ve taken two 200 hour yoga trainings and am currently in the midst of my 300 hour advanced yoga training and my Precision Nutrition Pn1 certification. I’m dedicated to continuously learning better ways to serve my clients. Earlier this year I started training clients online and everybody is loving it!! If you want to make a shift towards a happier and healthier existence, I can confidently guide you there. We work as a team to make sure your goals and your habits are aligned, to make sure you are motivated without being stressed, and to help your end goal become a part of who you are instead - not just to lose x number of inches, or to lift x amount of weight, but to live it.
