💗Adoptive mum for 2 children 16 and 14. Currently also Foster career to our 3rd baby 6 months old.
💗My background is 26 years as a nurse in the NHS. Since 2016 I have run my own Buisness as a relaxation coach for children, holistic therapist, retreat owner and fertility specialist I have a passion for supporting children and adults emotional health and well-being.
💗 I work in schools with children teaching relaxation and mindfulness in small groups, whole classes or 1-2-1. I also do information training workshops for staff and parents
💗I work 1-2-1 with children and families in their own home or at Chetham Farm Retreat.
💗I am qualified holistic therapist.
💗 I am a networking leader with Mums in business Int.
